At the June 25th, 2009 Homeowners Association meeting, new officers were elected and leaders for neighborhood areas were named. (See the Board Members page for a complete list of new board members.) The latest accounting report shows that 116 of the 237 home owners in our neighborhood have paid the annual $40 dues. This money, due in January, is used to pay for streetlights, maintain the entrances, incorporation fees and other expenses.
